- Office Refurbishments:
- Citigen, London. Provision of directors' and engineers' offices and
conference facilities (with ATI Architects, London).
- Constantine House, Ipswich. Upgrading four-storey building , providing
over 30,000 square feet for over 300 staff.
- St. Peter's House, Bury St Edmunds. A fit-out for incoming tenants,
providing accomodation, furniture, plans and move management for 40
engineering staff.
- 57 Hagley Road, Edgbaston. Fit-out of an office block for tenants
providing accomodation for 140 engineering staff.
- Environment Agency, Threshalfords Business Centre, Feering, Essex.
- Houses and estate layouts:
- re-use of brownfield electricity depot sites for housing at Beccles,
Ely, Rayleigh, Wheathampstead, Chesham, Cockfosters, Garston and Northwood.
- Restoration and conversion of 19th century granary at Lawford for
holiday accomodation.
- Renovations:
- Structural repairs to roof and underpinnings at Bawdsey Hall and Rivers
House, Feering, both 19th Century buildings
- Historic buildings:
- Design of new west gallery and organ case in 18th Century style for
St. Mary's Church, Langham (Grade I listed).
- Design of new west end organ case for St. Teresa's Church, Beaconsfield.
- Re-ordering of west end of church at St. James, Dunwich (Grade II listed).
- Refurbishment of Wherstead Hall (Grade II listed), replacing missing
Georgian architectural features and decorations (with Kirby Adair Architects)
- Refurbishment of Essendon Place, Hertfordshire (Grade II listed) (with
Kirby Adair Architects).
