TSL Architects undertake project management and client representation
to provide briefs to consultants and contractors. A number of corporate
clients outsource project management to TSL to determine financial limits
and duties of the professional team members. TSL provides administrative
back-up, runs project meetings and co-ordinates client departments.
Pre-contract work includes enabling works, site analysis and staffing
density, post-contract work includes move management, commissioning site
services, training of facilities staff and the setting up of maintenance
contracts. In-house staff, who provide IT infrastructure, catering,
personnel services and desk layouts, are co-ordinated and are represented
by TSL at project meetings.
